Meet Jaimee Holmes!

Jaimee Holmes is the founder and sole attorney of the Law Office of Jaimee C. McDowell located in Waldorf, Maryland. She received her Juris Doctor from Florida Coastal School of Law and was a member of the Mock Trial Team. Jaimee received many awards and honors while in law school and is a member of Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. After graduating, Jaimee received the Pro Bono Award for having completed over 125 hours of pro bono work.  She also completed an internship at the Charles County Office of the Public Defender, where she gained valuable experience and knowledge in the field of law. Jaimee opened her own practice in January of 2012 and manages all day-to-day operations as the sole attorney at her firm.

Jaimee is not only a member of Sigma Gamma Rho, Inc. but also serves as the Northeast Regional Legal Advisor for her sorority. She provides pro bono legal counsel directly to the Regional Executive Director and Board of Directors. She also handles contract reviews, disciplinary issues, and risk management. Jaimee has outstanding community service. She provides pro bono representation at legal clinics, where she handles cases and provides legal advice.  In addition to her pro bono work, Jaimee is also very involved with the youth and women in her community. She provides internships to women and is directly helping the betterment of women on not only a local scale but a regional one.
