Meet Erin Evans

With primary practice in general liability and insurance defenseman, Attorney Erin Evans is no stranger to the courtroom. As a partner at the Flagstaff, Arizona firm of Garrey, Wonner, Hoffmaster, and Peshak PC, Ms. Erin has built a reputation as a formidable opponent in personal injury, construction defect, and wrongful death matters. Her expertise in these areas allows for a smooth transition when she occasionally takes on Plaintiffs’ cases involving catastrophic injuries. Ms. Evans’ outstanding advocacy skills also make her an asset to the firm’s appellate practice. A graduated of Grand Canyon University, Ms. Evan earned her law degree from William Mitchell College of law.

When Ms. Evans isn’t wooing juries and securing verdicts for her clients, she is dedicating her time to improving the legal profession through her work as President of the Coconino County Bar Association and memberships with the Arizona Women Lawyers Association, Volunteer Lawyers Program, and the Arizona Foundation for Legal Services and Education. Ms. Evans is a Founder of the Maricopa County Justice Museum and Learning Center, whose mission is to educate adults and children about the justice system and notorious civil and criminal cases in our nation’s history.
