Who we are

Barred and Beautiful celebrates women lawyers and the feminization of the legal profession. Here, we recognize women lawyers who are trail blazers in their local communities and the larger legal community.

Our goal is to bring attention to the accomplishments of women trial lawyers near and far, old and new. We are barred, beautiful game changers committed to increasing the presence of women trial lawyers in the legal profession, breaking through barriers and creating opportunities, and we manage to do it all with style.

Why We Do This

In a profession dominated by men and often governed by the antiquated “Good Old Boy” attitudes, it is incredibly important for women to celebrate women.

Barred and Beautiful is designed to celebrate the unique attributes women trial lawyers bring to the practice of law. Recognizing that our intelligence and abilities that are complimented by our style, intuition and ability to connect, woman trial lawyers are changing the appearance of the legal profession on a daily basis.
